Service Description
As the host, you’ll select the items your guests will decorate. Pouches are included at no extra charge, and for an upgraded experience, you can choose backpacks, tote bags, jean jackets, or a combination of all—available for an additional fee. This fun activity is perfect for crafting personalized keepsakes that guests will cherish and take home! PARTY INCLUDES: • 90-minute creative session • Custom patch decorating on your chosen items • Complimentary candy necklace to wear or take home • Delicious pizza • Honest juice boxes & water bottles • Cupcake decorating activity • Free Wishlist appointment at The Gift Shoppe • Complimentary birthday gift for the guest of honor Guests will leave with their unique, personalized accessory, proud to showcase their one-of-a-kind creation! Minimum 10 kids. Additional kids are $100 each.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for the Patch Party Experience We understand that plans can change. Please review our policy below: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 2 days prior to the scheduled party will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 days before the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling requests are accepted up to 2 days before the original date and are subject to availability. To reschedule, please contact us at least 2 days in advance. Rescheduling within 2 days of the event may incur additional fees or may not be available depending on availability. Note: All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email or phone. We recommend confirming your new date as soon as possible to secure your preferred time.
