Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During peak times or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and chosen method.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • International Shipping: We ship internationally! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom & Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, all personalized or custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Non-Custom Items: If you are unsatisfied with a non-custom item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition for a return or exchange.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
